I've heard vertical genio could go as high as 10mm + 5,6-ish mm from a chin implant. Am I missing something?

Gênios should not go very much down my friend (the less the better). For every mm it Goes down you loose lip support. Such a big gênio will give you lip incompetence and mentalis strain
