title. I'm very insecure about this. I hate my frame, I hate my body.

Frame is overrated, doesn't matter that much unless it's extremely narrow.

i prob had a 14 inch bidet at 14 years old 5'5 im now 5'8 (on a good day) 15 years old and its around 17-17.5

this is from gymcelling or what? sounds like you js grew up
gym celling for sure atleast most of it im really only popular for 2 things having a good physique(tiktok) and being an international student and all the boys compliment my physique

gymcelling will help but wont help u achieve the same effect as wide clavicles

My friends compliment my physique too and some girls have but on the other hand some people have told me that my frame is bad and I should just "lock in". Theyre fucking idiots like why else would I be in the gym.
 
Yes, 8 months so far.

How much can it help? I already know that bones are bones but what about the rest
So first of all is your frame narrow? And yes it can always help, just train till failure for like 2-3 sets, and just focus on shoulder chest and back. Nothing more

Slightly narrow, although I'm not sure myself. I asked my brother, he's the one who introduced me to this forum.
Ya I know im prioing upper back lats and delts. It's gotten better ever since I've started the gym but I'm not content yet if you get me. Still so much work to do. ;/
muscular shoulders can add like 1-4 inches depending on how much u train them
I train them 2x a week and I start each workout with shoulders cause I heard that you should put the muscles you wanna prio first.

thats good you should mainly focus on ur delts side and rear, upper back and lats like u said, but stay away from traps
in the image above the guy with narrow clavicles has big traps and it makes him look like a dumbass coat hanger

yeah I know that I used to train traps heavily before until I pulled off my left trap jfl

now I do them but I dont target the upper traps I target the lower and mid traps. is that still bad too? the upper ones are the ones that stick out anyway.

that is true the upper ones are the ones that stick out mainly so training ur mid and lower traps shouldnt give that coat hanger effect
