knew a case like that

a friend and a colleague of mine, a pretty witty, interesting and charismatic guy, managed to get with a girl "out of his league" using his "personality", but it only lasted for 2-3 weeks because he was extremely insecure and jealous in that period.

he was even tall and kinda decent looking, but just didn't have the appeal necessary to attract hot women.
