How much can coloring ascend you?

My hair is basically cooked cause it's curly and thin, so I can't dye too light otherwise I'll look like I'm balding, or too dark cause it's gonna look like an afro, only hope for me is colored contacts and I'm still trying to chose the color

But in general how much does coloring matter? Like you can't go from slayer to normie or vice versa with just the right coloring

can boost a face by 1.25 psl 2 in some cases. for example a tall mtn with scandinavian tan and colouring will be considered really hot world wide

It made a big difference for me, i used carotenoids astaxanthin, and lyocopene through supplements and then got my beta carotene through carrots, id honestly highly reccomend trying it, as all these supplements helped my overall skin health, aswell as allowing me to increase how tanned i looked the next day based on the dosage of the carotenoids i took, just make sure you avoid taking any beta carotene supplement, as high dosages of this along with smoking can increase the chance of the development of cancerous tumours by around 80%. also be careful when ti comes to lycopene as it can make you look very tanned, and people were asking me if id gone somewhere sunny because itd been cold asf in my home country but i looked tanned asf
