How much can fat grafts reduce scleral show (if possible)?

Some ppl have said it can indirectly help scleral show and lower eyelid droopiness but not a lot

Would it reduce scleral show by even 1mm maybe? Or 2mm?

Of course it always depends on angle of your eyes and stuff too, if looking too high up youre bound to have scleral show no matter how good undereyes are

Just trying to figure out if i could be fine without canthopexy after i get fat grafts

Fat grats can reduce your scleral show and lower eyelid indirectly but it would likely be very minimal.
