Muscles can extend your frame ( lats should traps legs chest arms etc.) I would argue the muscles attached to your frame are part of your frameIs framemaxing even possible after puberty? Apart from frauding with muscles

Yeh but they can only take you so far, I personally consider the frame just apart of another bone issue as the main cause for framecels is their underdeveloped clavicles and overall bone structure. I can see the the arguement, especially for these examples.
