i think you should try filler first (jaw, gonions, zygos, wherever)

much more cost effective, reversible, no recovery, easy to get, etc

lack of concavity in the cheeks is usually from lack of size & depth of those bones, not because you have too much fat

my bad but from what the exp raters have rated me

they said genio would ascend me hard and i need a little more dimo

thought about getting fillers

but it would make me a roblox head

hence the latter
