Right now I would rate you as a borderline MTN

5.0 on this scale, or 50% average

After that, I can’t really imagine what you would look like but you would have the potential for HTN defintely

Just by fixing your eye area using supraorbital implants + fat graft (though I don’t think a fat graft would be necessary), maybe in addition to that a Canthoplasty instead

You could become a 6.5-7.0 on the scale, around top 6.66%-7% in the world

I don’t think a rhino would be necessary, his naso angle is quite high but not too detrimental to his overall face, his nose suits him, I agree with a fat graft though you’re right there

The people on the scale are quite inconsistent but it gives a rough idea, it’s a good alternative to the PSL scale imo, some of the faces can be rearranged though

Usually doesn’t require an alar base reduction

Maybe a lateral commisuroplasty but no need for other surgeries, using a 3D printed mouth widening appliance helps increase mouth to nose width ratio, it’s helped me a lot
