Depends on genetics. Some people store alot more fat in the face, and therefore needs to get quite lean to have a lean face. Lose the fat anyway and see what happens. Ideal for health is 12% so theres not only aesthetic benefits of losing the weight.

You keep mentioning taking tren. Steroids and the like can have a bloat effect on the face and make your face retain more water. Get off the TRT and tren and the like.

You would likely though have more benefits than most, since you are not boneless, infact your facial structure is rather good but you are the bloatlord so... eat 1kg of carrots for weightloss
