How much can I increase my bench in a year realistically

Been going gym 3 months, 16. First time hitting bench pr I got 105kg (first week), 3 months later I hit 140kg today or 3 plates a side. Is it in any world possible I hit 4 plates in my first year lifting????
 
Bro someone answer I’ve been tryna google ts and get no results
 
if you are being genuine then that is extremely impressive
nothing is impossible, just keep lifting

your bench will slow down significantly within the coming months

I have no clue what u said at the end😂 but yeah it might be a bit u realistic ngl
 
Thanks bro, atm it seems like I’m going up 5kg a week
yeah mine was like that
i was going up like 15-20 kilos a month
it will slow down eventually to the point of 2.5-5k a month

you arent factoring in time off from any reason
injury is likely when benching alot too
which will slow you down alot
some months your bench wont even go up
5kg is like a good month

hmm true. I rarely get injured tho ngl. I have really good form

its not always about form
when you lift heavy consistently for months you become alot more prone to injury

yeah that is a crazy amount of volume
if you continue like that its only a matter of time until you get an injury
