How much can jaw angle implants improve the face by themselves?

Got recommended implants only to solve my angularity and lower my ramus. Not entirely sure if it’s worth it, considering the risk of masseter dehiscence. Though my gonial angle is pretty high and id like the added width and angularity from the front. Just don’t really know if it’s worth it. The doctor told me that I am at a risk for it but jaw angles was the only thing he recommended that would really enhance my face.

Implants by themselves rarely fix failos, they create halos, so if you have a weak face people will be able to tell unless you cover your whole face w em, which is why a previous assessment of your dentofacial structure is needed in case of needing DJS which actually corrects failos, and from there you start getting implants
