don't go on a "bulk" just eat a couple hundred calories above maintenance especially if you have a natural hormonal profile

like a regular hormonal profile as in you have testosterone between 300-1000, if you're natural and you go on a heavy bulk you will gain a fuck ton of fat and gain like 10% more muscle than what you would of gotten if u just were passive
