A 5’ person can add 6 inches through double LL, a 6’ person is 10% taller and legs are probably more than 10% longer legs since taller man have a higher lower to upper body ratio.
Can a 6’ person with long legs add 6.5-7 inches?

I’m 6’ and hoping to get 3.6 inch increase from femurs only

I wouldn't go too far.
Especially if your legs are long

Target 2-3 inches and add another inch with lifts. 6'3 is already perfect (and 3 inches the max you can add before needing double LL anyway), be realistic.

Opinions on Giotikas are kind of split at the LL forum. Personally I wouldn't go, when it comes to LL even a little bit of a smoke is fire to me.

zoomers here are 5’10 on average and wear lifts to get to 5’11, unless I wear air force 1 and 2 inch insoles which get me to 6’2 at best I don’t feel that tall.

2-3 is not worth it tbh, I want 3.5 and I already wear lifts to get to 6’2. I wanna walk around at 6’5 with the LL and lifts.

I think overall 6’2 cause taller than that and you’ll have shit frame, but if you have a good frame(I do) LL is worth it.

work on your face not your height

Ideally you’d fix everything so you can max out your potential in the shortest time

6'3 with LL+1.5 inch lifts (the maximum practical increase imo)= 6'4.5. And why 6'5 specifically? 6'4 is already solidly tall in the tallest country in the world. At 6'3-6'4 you could stand next to Jacob Elordi and people would think you're about the same height.

If youre legit 6ft barefoot i wouldnt bother doing LL just wear lifts and forces

But if you do LL tibia is better since long tibias look more aesthetic and natural, long femurs usually just make you look retarded.

I used to think the same but after looking at a few morphs at the LL forum, lengthened femurs look more normal to me, like closer to the before. At least for this 6 cm increase which is what I want.

I’m 182 (5’11.75) you can’t add as much in tibias since their shorter and narrower, I don’t really care about Proportions I wont look proportionate after anyways but it’s worth it for the 5 inch increase.

Funnily enough the comments I read about his htn ass on TikTok is why I ever thought of LL.

Imagine being 6 foot and risking permanent damage to your body longterm for a few extra inches you could get just wearing the right shoes and a possible T-Rex level torso that’ll just make you look goofy anyway

Nah but it’s still good. Good enough that you don’t need to mutilate yourself

Yeah same, it's what got me from thinking "6'1-6'2 is good enough, relax, it's the height of most attractive Hollywood actors" to "I need to be tall enough that I wouldn't get heightmogged by some 6'5 dom jock". In my case it's a bit weird cause I don't wanna get mogged by 6'5+ guys but I also wouldn't wanna be that tall (legitimately, not a cope). I think 6'3 is the best trade-off, 2 inches difference isn't very bad irl and at 6'4 with lifts you would basically look the same height as him.

You and I usually agree on height and refuting the height schizos here, but I disagree that LL isn't worth it in every case. If you have the money to go the best most reputable doctors, and do internal, femurs-only and with a fully weightbearing nail the risk of complications is relatively small. Dr. Paley has been doing LL since the 80s and has seen no evidence of long-term complications when everything goes right (which is most of the time), no one has come out about something like that either. And you can assess whether you have the proportions to look normal post-LL before doing it.

I’m not disagreeing with you. I’m not saying somebody who’s like say 5”5 or something shouldn’t take the option if they could provided they do proper research and weigh the pros and cons.

I’m just saying for someone who is already a decent height like 6 feet what is the sense in risking the potential problems just for an insignificant boost in height that won’t make much difference anyway???

My comment is strictly directed at OP’s specific scenario not leg-lengthening in general.

Are you retarded OP I'm 174cm and would rather endure getting height mogged than risk being a cripple

You sound like a bitch, are you even trying to improve your looks?

If its your choice then its your choice. But, unironically the taller you are, the more inches of height you can add due to having the golden proportions. Although, I’d say its best to add 2 inches to femur as you’ll recover quickly and its safer than tibias. 6’2 is in the ideal range so you come out as a winnner

2 inches would be nice Id finally be as tall as my dad, but if I’m gonna do it in Greece with the g nail method thats 10.9 cm(4.3 inches) I can’t say no to that.

4 inches on femurs alone?

at 6’ I could also get 8.3 cm(3.3 inches) tibia getting me to over 200 cm, too much imo

Just stick to 6’2-6’4. Anything over 1 in. on tibias is risky.
