Here are my measurements:
My biacromial breadth is too narrow. I'm too short. For the most of it I'm untrained due to self-neglect. I'm turning 19 in Dec. 6 ft exact.
Is there anyway I can transform my frame into an absolute unit of pure mogdevastation? Or is it over?
Can somebody also point out what I should be trying to increase or decrease to enhance my looks?
I wanna be 6'2+ with 22 inch+ biacromial breadth with the best proportions that compliment my whole body.
(Most men in my family are 6'2)
