Not into coffee, I find that there's a huge initial spike of energy & then you feel like shit 2 hours later until you have another. I just drink water 24/7.

Usually a little in the morning, less than 1/4th of cup, just to get the flavor. I'll drink a full cup before I workout (3 times a week)
