Same for me but I’m going to cope without rhino I also plan on genio and philtrum colums my maxilla is shit but I’m going to cope tbh plenty of good looking people without good maxilla’s

If you had the funds for it would you go through with it it’s very easy to say your going to get surgery but to through with it especially lefort 2 must me trauma inducing

He has a small nose so it doesn’t look as bad I have a bad nose from the side which cucks me same for my recessed chin but Chico is an odd one since he has good under eye support most people with bad maxilla’s have shit under eye support such as myself

Cause I’m not deformed enough to any rational surgeon to perform that on me I’m just normal looking not insanely attractive but not ugly either and thinking about getting a lefort 2 is a lot more different than going through with it

Of course I would. Surgery is nothing compared to the horror of thousands of hours spent wageslaving to pay for it.
