Im like 176 cm rn at 17, my dad is 173 my mom is around 5"0-1" ish
but people from my dads family (his father, brother etc), my cousin, are all 180+.

I didnt grow for a while but randomly grew 1 cm recently. I wonder if I still got some degree of growth left, even if its a little. How much can hgh realistically help?

At 17 its almost impossible to grow taller unless you blast 10+ iu blame ur dad for marrying 5ft woman
