Let me ask you this. I found a guy that is willing to pay for my surgery 34k usd (for real, no larp, do I take him up on this or maybe tell him to give me the 34k so I can use it to make more money? I have 4k saved up myself, and I’m 22 rn.

Take the money and make out of it Im pretty sure thats not enough for a trimax, Implants (you should consider fat grafting imo) and eye surgery (whichever one)
