Should I load it for a week or just stick to the normal amount of 5 g?

Stick to normal 5g

If you load you will just reach saturation faster but in the long run it doesn't matter

3-5g is recommend, no reason to take more imo
loading dht for a week results in 56% increase, which is insane during puberty.

Also are you saying that since the loading phase increases dht by 56%, you are considering taking around 20g even past the loading phase?
