How do your meals look?
I eat meat, fish, cheese, milk daily but I doubt I'm going over 100g of protein

And what exactly might be these 'animal sources'?
Meat (“nose to tail”, I eat all kinds of animals, both their muscle and organ meat , like liver for example), eggs, dairy (milk / kefir, cheese, quark), fish & seafood

Wtf? How can someone live like that? You don't even eat any rice or anything, I couldn't imagine eating only meat, it needs something on the side, or rather I'd even eat vegan soup.

Vegan protein = pure concentrated estrogen, that doesn't actually do anything useful in your body.

You are the only smart guy here, these guys eating 200g of protein or more get me caging, they have fallen for Protein Company and Meat funded studies :feelskek:, not knowing they will age like shit from over protein consumption. 100-120g of protein is plenty for natty lifting

Unfortunately I am allergic to gluten and wheat.
What else do you recommend?
It's pea protien powder, I take supplement.

I haven't done any research in a long time, but isn't 1,6g per kilogram of weight optimal? So 100kg guy could need 160g.

Bread doesn't have any protein anyways. The regular milk based whatever protein powder is your friend, and eggs and chicken have the best amount of protein, at least unless you're a millionaire.

Yes, 1.6g of LEAN MASS. This is basically one of the tricks those subhuman meat and protein corporations don't tell you and their cronie shill websites, it isn't total mass, it counts the lean mass. So if you are 160lbs for example, thats 138lbs of lean mass. And you need to eat optimally 110 to 138g of protein to build the most muscles, higher will start cucking your body and lower will slow muscle building

Chicken, eggs. Protein powder is just a supplement, back in the old days they didn't have that shit, and still got huge.

About 150g up to 220ish if I ate a lot of meat that day. You don't really need that much tbh, you could get the same results from 130g vs 250, after a certain point it's better to eat more carbs and sugar for energy and saturated fats/MUFAs for hormones and taste

130-140 grams per day. I consider decreasing the amount to about 100 grams per day. Not sure about it.

Who the fuck knows in all honesty, but it's from the 50s, when steroids weren't so common. Nazis synthesized testosterone in 1935, but I don't know if it was widely available to public until 60s.

90-100g/day mostly from eggs, milk and chicken
