Bald + asymmetrical nose

Short hair + fixed nose.

Long hair + fixed nose (primarily long hair because I want to nichemaxx towards hippie/boho girls at festivals).

I feel like my next bottleneck is my bodyfat (27% bf rn) and lower third, which I’ll lean out for and get genio for.
I am 29m, 178cm, 79kg, zero muscle. I am currently trying to lose weight
