How is glass skin feminine. It's a health indicator not specific to any gender
 
It's still not clear. I don't think he'll ever be able to get clear skin to be honest. I can't really rate him in the before. Acne is kind of like balding, can pretty much nuke any appeal bones and harmony have and all you're left with is being an ogre.

Overall, I'd say he's above average in the after.
