How much did poor development fuck my face? Was I HTN potential?

Refer to my avi. I have an underbite and high-arched narrow palate (all of mandible surrounds my upper teeth) and my upper wisdom teeth are impacted, bottom ones fit though.

Did I have HTN potential if I developed properly? I believe most of my development was poor as a result of chronic low muscle tone (due to birth injury and autism), and later breaking my nose at 6, which caused me to chronically mouth-breathe.

He tells from personal experience that his shoulders were underdeveloped when he reached adulthood and after he started eating right (the diet you will see in this book) his shoulders developed normally, even in adulthood... I remembered about this and thought it could help you.
