From 15 to 18 maybe an inch max but it was already like 7 at 15 so idk. If its really small at 15 I think its kinda over. Its like height, some people have weird late growth spurts but usually you can see who'll be tall and who wont. Pp size also generally stops earlier I believe. Around 16 or so

its giga rare to grow after 18 but from 15 to 18 you can grow a lot i went from the shortest in my class when i was 15 to second tallest
