If anyone has transformation photos, it would be nice to see and compare

a lot. I have a lot of fat cells in the face I think and also the debloat did wonders. Wide jaw + bloated + 16+ bf for me is an overkillIf anyone has transformation photos, it would be nice to see and compare
A lot. Just common sense. Imagine you take away 1/4th of the fat in your face. There will be a big differenceIf anyone has transformation photos, it would be nice to see and compare
Oh shit, haven't thought of it that way. Makes sense nowA lot. Just common sense. Imagine you take away 1/4th of the fat in your face. There will be a big difference
same bro lol super wide face and being high bf and bloated fucks mea lot. I have a lot of fat cells in the face I think and also the debloat did wonders. Wide jaw + bloated + 16+ bf for me is an overkill
I think I will end up having those too tbh. I noticed than whenever I starvemaxx (I'm 16% at my default), I get prominent cheekbones and brow ridge, but once I'm on a calorie surplus, I stop having those. Do you think I will end up looking even better than my starvemaxxed version, since as we all know, hunger bloats you to a degree?Looked like a completely different person, tbh.
I have very visible cheekbones and masseters but only at sub 13%.
They are nearly invisible at anything past 15-16%. Thank your genes for that one if that happens to you.
And 16% isn't even fat or big. 16% is reasonably athletic. Now imagine how disgusting the average man (25-35% body fat) is on dating apps to the general female population.
If you simply have unfortunate fat storage genetics (a lot of it going to your face), you need to be at 9-12% to look aesthetic facially.
If restricting calories for a few months is too hard, abuse compounds like Clenbuterol, DNP or an ECA stack to raise your metabolic rate and burn a few hundred extra kcal a day.
