How much did your neck shrink when you lost weight?

im on a aggressive cut right now 1000-1500 deficit for 2 months to reach %12-14, after that i'll do +100 surplus with progressive heavy neck training to reach 16+ inch

how much did you guys lost neck size when you cut down?

right now mine is 15.6 inch at 176cm 81kg (%22-24 bodyfat skinny fat so when i cut i must lose less neck size)

i literally read every neck training looksmax google search pages i already saw this but nobody talks about how much their neck shrank when they cut

i saw one guy who increased his untrained neck 0.5 inch in a cut but that was probably 500 deficit and his neck was giga untrained

im training neck for 2 weeks now with 25lb plates for 4 sets front right left sides no back, it increased by 0.5-1cm and looks more lean

because it doesn't happen unless you're all fat. my neck is muscle and it hasn't shrank a bit.

im in a 1000-1300 deficit tho with 0.8-1g protein(100g carb a day not zero) per lb and training neck, also im skinny fat so my neck is actually not much fatty at all
