How much diff between your BP and NBP ?

I am not that lean (15%bf) but there is less than 1/4 inch diff between BP and NBP, am I doing something wrong ? is it normal ? what's your diff ?

Bp im 6.5 but nbp when my body fat goes up too high its like 4.5 😢
