It would not make much difference at all, would be a huge waste of money and surgical risk. Non syndrome people can get LF3 Advancement, and we're doing them, but they aren't HTN usually. 75% of people who request LF3 end up better candidates for LF1-Level Bimax & Midface Implants where we won't even consider LF3.

In this Lefort 3 case how many mms was midface/nose lenghtened?

Also the thing with bimax+implants vs L2/L3 is that a lot of people has just bad anterior midface projection and the former can't do much to fix it.

You're not HTN in the first place if you need an LF3. Doing it on an actual HTN wouldn't change much since his flaws most likely reside in harmony and maybe a tad bit of dimorphism.
