From what ive heard chinks are hurt by it but in racial questions hispanics mark white and Chinese put asian. So why the fuck does the racial questions only put hispanic as ethnicity and not race? Nigga i want the benefits of being brown nigga

here in brazil he have a lot of DEI for blacks in public universities and government jobs (theyre high paying compared to private jobs), and for indigenous people too.
but not for private companies. its rare for a company to have DEI quotas except specific cases for disabled people quotas and women quotas (but they are small, like 5% of quotas)

the others dont, unless its a mestizo registered in FUNAI (government entity for indigenous protection) as someone that lives on a tribe

U.S government seperates them. Because they consider anyone with Spanish speaking cultural heritage or origin in Latin America to be hispanic and they can racially be White (most Mexicans, Cubans) Black (Dominicans, Indigenous (Mayans, Quechuas) Asian (Peruvian Japanese), or mixed.
