Is needed for bone growth? Because my diet is shit I'm gonna get supplements

I'm like 5'10-5'11 and I'm 16

Get a multivitamin supplement which has like A B C vitamins & iron + some selenium etc. minerals
buy a vitamin d3 4- 10k iu per day dose with k2
eat both of these with with soem high fat meal like some eggs / read meat

then zinc & magnesium
take zinc citrate or monomethionine in the morning
magnesium glycinate at night
if u can buy supplements u can buy food like literal fking eggs bro

literally as much as u can bro

but with that money just buy good normal food instead of supplementing tbh

over if you have to rely on supplements for bone growth though

Eat eggs, red meat, dairy, some fruits.

the problem with supplements is that a lot of them dont get properly absorbed by the body and can in some cases even be toxic (typical among the vitamin-supplements) thats why people advocate for food instead, not to mention u get more than just the sole nutrient ure looking for

take eggs as an example:
Vitamin A, D, K2, Calcium
2 Amino acids that increase your growth hormones (at rest and activity)
high in protein
