How much do insoles affect posture/back health long term?

Have had 2.5cm height inserts on a daily basis now for about a year, on every shoe, all day long, including weightlifting. Haven't had any back issues yet, but from what I've read, these can cause changes in one's posture due to creating lumbar hyperlordosis, as well as tighten calves and hip flexors.

Anybody out there with a good 6 month to 12+ months experience with them? Did you notice any postural problems, back issues, or tightness because of those insoles? Do you remove them when you lift weights or leave them in?

I'm just trying to decide whether it's worth continuing to wear them with the diminishing returns. I'm 5'10" and 6' tall for height halo.

Putting your feet and thus the rest of your body in an unnatural position cannot be good for you

is this ragebait:lul:
It's not, it's obvious that putting your body in a unnatural configuration for a large amount of time cannot possibly be good for you. When you heels are lifted the back of your pelvis lift as well and that's certainly not something you want

Girls wear heels which are significantly worse and don't have that big of a problem later in life compared to dudes

@KT-34 Girls wear heels only when they go out to party and not everytime either, it does not compare in the slighest to what this guy is doing

I mean 2.5 cm is really nothing
It is more than enough to fuck you up if it's mantained for a long time, you don't need big movements to stretch your body significantly. It would be much less harmful to wear 9cm insoles for 2/3 hours a day than 2.5cm for 10/12 hours.

Keep flexible I don’t use them but if ur flexible and strong can’t be to much of a issue
