I've been working out on-off for nearly two years. Atm I weigh 62kg at 171cm (a 2 year low). Last year I was almost 72kg blaotmaxxed. However I'm still lifting almost as heavy as I was when 70+ kg.
I don't wanna be this weight. It's suifeul because many girls are too - including 5'3 girls who don't look fat but healthy. Although my face looks fine I'd rather weigh more.
I don't want to bloatmaxxx so my only option to gain weight by either looking like Arnold or do my legs. I'd rather do my legs as it's easier.
How easy is it to put on approx 5kg of leg muscles? Should be easier right?
