How much do people notice your facial asymmetries in real life?

I tried creating a video of myself using the rear camera. When looking at the result I could see that my face is slightly asymmetrical, especially the left part of the upper lip. If I flip the video i.e mirror it I look completely normal and border chadlite category and now my asymmetry is not obvious to me.

This is perhaps because I am used to seeing the mirrored version of myself in the mirror.

My question is, that since people see my original version (which I find asymmetrical) irl, how much is this asymmetry noticeable to them? Do people notice my asymmetry like I notice it when I see the version I am not used to (i.e the non mirrored version)

Yes, it's because you are used to it. Rear camera and stuff like that overexaggerate your asymmetries because you are not used to seeing them from those angles; they're good for knowing where your weak spots are as far as symmetry is concerned, but they are not indicative of how you are actually perceived by people in person.

As far as being perceived by others goes, it's somewhere in the middle. You are neither as attractive as the mirror indicates, nor are you as unattractive as the flip indicates. People are unlikely to notice most facial asymmetries; if they get registered in their heads, it's on a purely instinctual/subconscious level. Full dimensionality of the face, as well as motion, help mask asymmetries and make your face look more harmonious.
