How much do plastic surgeons know about looksmax terms?

So what i mean is, if were talking about my upper maxilla lacking forward growth and my lower maxilla being fine, would the surgeon comprehend what i was talking about.

I mean a real plastic surgeon, not just some surgeon that only knows: liposuction, bbl, fatpad removal, botox, fillers. A surgeon that actually does implants, bone remodelling and perhaps has some knowledge on orthodontics.

no i mean, overall foreward projection is good. So knowing what x does to facial harmony and how x impacts y and z.

It's their job. Of course there are some retards, but any good surgeon is going to understand all that.

Nah I was thinking moreso on the jaw and Maxilla front, because they can decide if you would need surgery or not and THEN they'd refer you to a facial maxillo/jaw surgeon
