These plans get revised, and I will see what the surgeons and I deem fit.

But I am nonetheless boneless, so this wouldn't do much to change the soft tissue but rather give me a base supported by a good craniofacial structure.

The bimax and implants will enable me to succeed at a higher rate and already be at a better starting point when I proceed with soft tissue changes in the future, such as buccal fat removal and eye area changes. Bones are the foundation, and then with soft tissue it can be utilized as a building block to unlock everything

Unlikely. Ideally, I will get almost everything I need at once.

Minimize cost, along with recovery, and the surgeon will be able to optimize and map out my harmony better on the operating table than doing one procedure and then recovering and so on

Just need a surgeon who's willing to work with me when it comes to designing, planning, etc. Pagnoni, Raffani, Epply are also good; I'm looking at more surgeons every day.

then whatever things need more adjusting i will work on getting sorted aswell

Oh yeah, but my implants are going to be a good size for my infraorbital with anterior projection, so I can expect to get a decent amount of eyelid support, a tiny change in PFH, and then I will be following with LER and CANTOPEX plus fat grafting and a little zygomatic filler on the arc. Jaw angles are a little exaggerated, but I will have some more length on the ramus. Plus, wider bi-gon, i can go with silicone aswell, customs peek and titanium are not always the best option for every candidate, and silicone is natural-looking and can get sized pretty big without much issues,

i do like peek and Titanium as well, though.
