I have, 2 different prisons. It seemed to vary quite a bit between the 2. One of them you could grab it for yourself and have a 2nd or even 3rd serving, whereas the other one it usually ran out. Say, if we had chicken and rice that day, you could usually get more rice, but the chicken would run out and you might not feel like you got quite as much as you would've wanted.

I don't think bulking would be a problem, but you probably couldn't do like a lean bulk, but you would have to get most of your calories for carbohydrates if you were on a surplus.

Yeah because it's like a high t, aggressive environment, they're kinda forced to buff up and they have so much time on their hands. It helps them to stay focused on something. Prisons usually have gyms to my knowledge, but the access is limited to certain hours. One of the prisons I was in kinda sucked (no free weights and really small). We weren't even allowed to go there every day.

Let me get this straight. Prison sucks and I wouldn't recommend going there unless you absolutely have to. That's bottom line. You can't even take a walk and you're treated like a 2nd class citizen.

this is what they eat here, they actually end up throwing it away most times and not even eating it because its giga goyslop
they sneak in snacks a lot too, they could either just starvemaxx and not eat the food or eat their own better contraband food
