I currently 60kg but I think I can like 70kg with a spotter

Idk I haven’t benched in some time but when I did I benched 65 kg without a spot

I trained for a year and only got to 22 kg good for you if your not larping but that’s a lot, like 35 kg is a lot

my chest is my strongest point in my physique, i don't know how long I've trained for, i think a little bit over a year.

once i buy a phone stand I'll record it and maybe post it on here for clarification.

100 kgs 12 reps. I don't max out often but I hit 145 kg for one attempt

me too :forcedsmile: hence why i stick to dumbell, can just throw them to the side if anything.

i train past midnight so I'm always alone in the gym, no staff members either. if something happens I'm DEAD!

I think dumbbells work just fine too. I find they usually help with plateus. But yeah me too, almost crushed myself a few times so stopped doing them

just ask someone to spot but most fuckers dont know how to spot thats why whenever i ask i tell them not to touch the bar unless i say
 
about 55-60kg
