only way to check is to do a xray its free and you dont need a reason for it

I have a friend who recently did a xray and his growth plates were closed and he said the same thing about how his hands are the same size as his moms and that he cant be done growing its cope

The bones will be fused but hands are subject to hypertrophy so you can thicken them a bit.
