I've been lift frauding 1 inch with people who know my true height. Luckily I'm still at an age which growing is still possible so no one has really said anything about it.

I'm thinking of pushing it to 2 but don't know if I'm going to be caught.

Also if I do just 1 inch, its not a big difference when taking shoes off so no one will suspect

But I wouldn’t say it’s +7.5cm never, the sole gets def pressed down after wearing them for like 20min

I’m 183cm barefoot + Nikes (+3cm)
+ lifts so I’m like 188 with them and it works fine
