I spend about 80GBP/103USD/85 EUR a month for groceries for myself.

I essentially practice a Mediterranean diet by eating a lot of fruit and vegetables but also consuming milk and seafood. I am able to drastically decrease the cost of groceries by buying frozen food.

Absolutely zero. And are you aware food banks have too much food to store?

i did not know this
Don't listen to him. It is not true, and even if it was.. eventually everybody would adopt this mentality
Leave food banks/soup kitchens for people who actually don't have jobs, who are actually homeless and starving.

Let them eat
Let them live

During peak looksmaxing I spent at least $400-$500 a month. Which includes fresh berries, fresh fish and low fat steak, chicken, eggs, dark green leafy veggies, avocado, olive oil and protein bars/powders as an after gym supplement.

I don't see how it's possible to eat healthy in a western country for less than that. Bodybuilders easily spend double that just for 1 person.

If you are not looksmaxing and can skip things like berries and fresh spinach & simply want to eat healthy, $300-$350 a month ought to do it.

There’s no way you spend 3 dollars a day eating healthy food and not starve yourself.

How?
I spend over 10x than you on food, around 1k a month.

Do you only eat stuff on clearance?
there are certain things I do such as: buying frozen food, baking my own bread, eating seafood instead of meat. However, the biggest contributor is the fact I'm lucky enough to live in the UK as a lot of our food is subsided to keep prices low.

If you’re living in the US you can’t eat on 3 dollars a day. You’re probably from a third world country
I have repeated where I'm from 3 times now. You are coping.

$103 USD is the like the weekly price of groceries in the States atm

Probably like 120 I live with my mom but she never buys any groceries she only eats fast food
