i think it's the opposite tbh, moving eyebrows up and down is good for balding

I broke my permasquint and my sister said I looked high

Also showed her again a few times and she said it looked bad...... never breaking it.
I only use the lower lids, I'm not making the psl "I'm shitting myself" face

It kinda makes me look happier if anything
