I’ve realised anything more than 45 minutes is pointless.

It’s enough time to get everything done at a high quality standard. Anything after than, quality of sets decrease and is diminishing returns

What you doing for that time?

Most I was training was 5 hours a day sometimes when I was playing competitive sport. And it wasn’t a regular thing.

dont remember last time i did more than 50 minutes, 4 or 5 times a week depending on how busy i iam

Shorter more frequent sessions mog IMO.

Mogs full body 2-3 times a week for example.
