how much does 5-6 hours of sleep effect your appearance compared to 8+ hours

from my experience bad sleep is the craziest looksmin it makes me look way worse even if it’s just a couple hours
makes me look tired and my eyelids look droopy
but on days with good sleep my infras look almost perfectly straight and i have 0 UEE
does anyone else have this

Same as yours hahaha, eye area get worsened and cheeks get a lil puffy probably

after 8 plus hours of sleep my eye area is possibly what i want for the rest of my life
minimises what little UEE i have, tighter undereye support (so tight I cant even open my eyes)
only problem is that I am bloated af in the morning

I HAVE noticed one thing
8+ plus hours of sleep sleeping to my left is a very good position to sleep tbh
LEGIT usually I sleep like a cat and change positions every hour but when I force myself to NOT sleep like that Im a little less bloated
summary; just bathe and walk around a bit in the morning to remove the bloating

Being sleep deprived leads to lower testosterone levels.
 
even 30 mins less sleep fucks me over as oldcel.

When you don’t consume any water for 8 hours in your sleep,your water will be stored in your cheeks and other parts of the body which is water weight,it’s simple biology.
This can be reversed by drinking a liter of water before you sleep.

what about droopy lower lid and more uee
 
if i sleep anywhere over 7 hours or under 6 hours i get tired eyes and the droopy look
 
where do you see changes the most and also do you see a significantly worsened eye area similar to how i described
my eyes are too hooded to be able to tell the difference.

skin looks worse though.

eyes are true, i also feel like i have better lashes and brows
 
It depends more on your sleep quality. I have nights, where I consciously wake up about 10-15 times. In that case I will look tucked up regardless of total sleeping hours.
6 without major interruptions and I look way more lively and vibrant.
I have a sleep disorder though. Still more than 8 hours of sleep don’t really give any advantages. It should stagnate somewhere between 7-9 hours for most.
