mine for example is 400 calories
is this making any difference to my growth

As far as facial growth is concerned, it does not

Small caloric deficit does not matter only nutritional deficiency

Caloric deficiency = low T and HGH (so, low IGF-1 production as well).

HGH and IGF-1 need caloric surplus. Testosterone is a little bit more flexible and you can be in caloric deficiency without affecting it significantly if you are careful.

Anyway, prolonged caloric deficiency is for people on PEDs, not natural people. If you are natural, caloric deficiency and low body fat percentage will totally ruin your hormonal balance and endocrine system (possibly permanently).

HRT with GH and T are the bare minimum if you want to be extreme in terms of low body fat percentage and caloric deficiency and training.

so i should be eating in a surplus then
the other person said 400 calories is like nothing and it wont really make any significant difference and the shit im seeing online says 400 calories wont really make a big difference

and when you say being low bf will ruin hormone balance and endocrine system is that for teenagers or anyone

Are you training and trying to bulk or you are just pubertymaxxing? If it's just pubertymaxxing, caloric surplus will definitely help with HGH and IGF-1. In this case, you don't need low body fat percentage, being around 15-20% is healthy despite the fact bitches consider it unattractive.

Low body fat and prolonged caloric deficiency will weaken the endocrine system and the hormonal balance in anyone, including adults above age of 25 when the endocrine and HPTA development is completed.

The body needs calories and animal fat to produce energy and keep the endocrine system working properly. This is why exogenous hormones are the bare minimum if you want to be extreme, as I already said.

If you are post-puberty, you need only exogenous testosterone without exogenous HGH. HGH is not necessary in adulthood unless you are chasing specific bodybuilding and anti-aging goals.

i am trying to gymmax
i doubt i have much growth left anyway unless i keep growing into my 20s or i get some kind of late growth spurt which is unlikely too
rn im like 18-19% bf and im 170cm
if i continue eating in a surplus i will for sure become fat
and i dont want to be in my prime teenage years and not be lean
i feel conflicted about what to do
i decided to start cutting and eat about 300-400 below maintenance to try negate growth being stunted but tbh i need every single cm being the manlet that i am

What is your age?

over tbh
do u think i could at least grow until 5'8
my dad also grew until he was 19-20
would this have any impact on me
It's impossible to tell.

If you have high HGH and IGF-1 naturally, you can grow and reach your genetic limit earlier, at 15, for example, and then stop growing. Growing up to 18-19 is a general estimation, but high HGH and IGF-1 will cause you to reach your maximum height earlier and then stop growing.

If you still have a potential to grow, this can be decided ONLY by getting an x-ray on your growth plates to see if they are still open or fused. If fused, it's over. If open, there is still hope.

X-ray is the only way and anything you read on the internet is just an educated guess. Growth and body development are 100% individual and you shouldn't take general information seriously because it may not apply in your individual case.

i want to get an x-ray to check for open growth plates but the result scares me honestly
idk how im gonna cope if they are all fused
and my fucking 13 year old little brother is 177cm already
genetic recombination is such a brutal thing fuck my shit genes

Yes, genes are everything in this case and they determine the speed of the growth, whether you will reach your maximum height at 13 or 14 or 15 or at 17 or at 19.

It is what it is, there is nothing you can do if growth plates are fused. Better get an x-ray so you can see the truth, accept it and move on. This probably will give you internal peace once you know there is nothing to do and nothing depends on you in this case.

I'm 185 cm, really want to be 2 meters, but I know it's never gonna happen. I'm 24, growth was finished a long time ago.
