How much does HGH influence your face / clavicle growth

Im on 6IU HGH at the age of 17

Will it even change a molecule in my face ( Bones)

And what about clavicle growth is there much to expect?

Obv im not expecting to become chad or that i will get ivan drago Jaw

Im just curious about how much of an effect HGH has at that age , on my bones
