get fillers, a lot cheaper, can achieve same results and not permanent so if dont end up liking it then it goes away after some time, fillers are also easier and cheaper to remove

Is actually really good

. It's not really expensive to. But it said it will only last 6 to 18 months
Does this mean i have to pay 1k every year?

My ramus is very short. Will the filling look artificial?
