they usually cost 4k~8k euros in istanbul depending on the package you go for as certain ones include hotel stay conventionally lasting 6 nights ( one night stay in the clinic the day of the surgery), a car to drive you to the clinic for the bloodwork and the surgery itself , had mine last summer and it happened to fall within that range
