Biggest reason is dehydration, and also causes collagen issues with the dehydration it causes. I would say add collagen supplementation , take double dose on nights you drink, and the usual precautions of drinking water. Tret also would increase collagen so is fine. Should be good imo doing all of the above.

What is collagen supplementation?

You can take it either in pill form or in powder form, or in creams. I think a combination is best. They improve your collagen density, so you don't just look good for your age, but hypothetically if you maintain collagen density you can maintain a prime age look ( like jared Leto, who still looks 25 at age 50) , while others like Ryan Reynolds and Tom Brady look good for their age but you can tell their older.
