Hey man, I haven't seen any reviews about his work either. Also, he doesn't do saddled infraorbital rim implants, only the normal ones.

Besides that, I have changed my opinion on the need for those implants. In my case I figured out that fat grafting in the lower eye region alone will be more than enough to fix the lacking fat and dark eye circles, maybe even the sagging lower eyelids by pushing them up a bit. Fat grafting can also fix upper eyelid exposure, like the youtuber "Aesthetics Waiting" has done recently.

This is multiple times cheaper, easier, less risky and provides natural long lasting results also there is more evidence of successful cases with lower eye fat grafting than infraorbital implants. But in the end it depends on what the issue is. Lacking bones benefits from infraorbital implants, lacking soft tissue benefits from fat grafting.
