Generally a lot. No man wants to waste his time and resources on another man's spawn. No man wants to shoulder extra stress and responsibility for another man's spawn. That's why based on studies stepfathers are more likely to get violent towards stepkids than their own biological kids, even more likely if those stepkids are male.

Most single mothers will end up with low quality men, men that are more likely to have kids with other women, to be unattractive, low income, alcoholics etc. The small percentage of single moms that are hot can still get a decent guy, but certainly not as good as the one they could have gotten if they weren't single mothers. Number of kids also matters. If it's 3+ kids, it's so fucking over even for the very hot chicks. If the kids are out of the house, being a single mom doesn't have much of an impact, but at this point we're talking about women well into middle age, so those women are usually not very desirable due to aging.

A woman who is an 8/10 but has 1-2 kid is now a 6/10. 3+ kids? She's now a 4/10. Something along those lines.
